概述

FinMind 是一款个人记账 iOS 应用。我们以最小化数据收集为核心原则：无需注册账号、无需登录、不收集任何个人身份信息。

您的财务数据默认存储在您的设备本地，始终处于您的掌控之下。

我们处理的数据

截图内容规划中

使用截图快速记账时，截图会发送至第三方 AI 模型 API 进行识别。处理完成后立即删除，不在任何服务器上持久存储。

语音数据规划中

未来语音记账功能上线后，语音内容可能会发送至 AI API 进行转录，处理完成后不会留存。该功能上线前会更新本政策。

自然语言输入规划中

未来自然语言记账功能上线后，您输入的文字描述可能会发送至 AI API 进行解析，处理完成后不会留存。该功能上线前会更新本政策。

本地财务数据仅存设备

您手动输入的账目、分类、备注等数据，全部存储在设备本地数据库中，不会上传至任何服务器。

数据用途

我们处理数据的唯一目的是提供应用功能本身。我们不将任何数据用于广告定向、用户画像或向第三方出售。我们不设账号体系，因此也不存在与您身份关联的任何标识信息。

第三方 AI 服务

AI 识别功能会通过加密 HTTPS 将内容发送至第三方大语言模型 API 进行处理。我们选择的服务商不会将通过 API 传入的数据用于模型训练，处理完成后数据不在服务商侧留存。

建议在发送截图前，遮挡与本次记账无关的敏感信息，例如密码、证件号等。

如不希望使用 AI 功能，可仅使用手动记账模式，该模式完全在本地运行，不产生任何网络请求。

数据存储与保留

  • 本地数据存储在您设备的沙盒环境内，受 iOS 系统保护。卸载应用即删除全部本地数据。
  • AI 处理数据发送至 AI API 的内容在处理完成后立即销毁，保留时长不超过单次 API 调用的时间。

您的权利

  • 访问与导出所有账目数据均在设备本地，可随时查看。
  • 删除卸载应用即可删除全部本地数据。
  • 撤回同意随时停用 AI 相关功能，即可停止向 AI API 发送任何数据。

儿童隐私

FinMind 面向 13 周岁及以上用户。我们不会有意收集 13 岁以下儿童的任何信息。

政策变更

当新功能上线或数据处理方式发生变化时，我们会更新本隐私政策，并在 App 更新日志中告知。继续使用本应用即表示接受最新版本的隐私政策。

Overview

FinMind is a personal finance iOS application. Our core principle is minimal data collection: no account registration, no login, and no collection of personally identifiable information.

Your financial data is stored on your device by default and remains entirely under your control.

Data We Process

Screenshot ContentTemporary Only

When you use the screenshot quick-entry feature, the image is sent to a third-party AI model API for recognition. It is deleted immediately after processing and never persisted on any server.

Voice DataPlanned

A future voice-entry feature may send audio to an AI API for transcription. Audio will not be retained after processing. This policy will be updated before the feature launches.

Natural Language InputPlanned

A future natural-language entry feature may send typed text to an AI API for parsing. Input text will not be retained after processing. This policy will be updated before the feature launches.

Local Financial DataOn-Device Only

Transactions, categories, and notes you enter manually are stored exclusively in the on-device local database and are never uploaded to any server.

How We Use Data

The sole purpose of any data processing is to deliver the app's features. We do not use data for ad targeting, user profiling, or sale to third parties. We have no account system, so no data is associated with a personal identifier.

Third-Party AI Services

AI recognition features transmit content to a third-party Large Language Model API via encrypted HTTPS. Our chosen providers do not train their models on API-submitted data, and data is not retained by the provider after processing.

Before sending a screenshot, we recommend covering any sensitive information unrelated to the transaction, such as passwords or ID numbers.

If you prefer not to use AI-powered features, manual entry mode operates entirely on-device with no network requests.

Storage & Retention

  • On-device dataStored in your device's sandboxed environment, protected by iOS. Uninstalling the app deletes all local data.
  • AI-processed dataContent sent to the AI API is deleted immediately after processing, never exceeding the duration of a single API call.

Your Rights

  • Access & exportAll transaction data lives on your device and is fully visible to you at all times.
  • DeletionUninstalling the app removes all local data.
  • Withdraw consentStop using AI features at any time to prevent any data from being sent to the AI API.

Children's Privacy

FinMind is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

Policy Updates

When new features launch or data practices change, we will update this policy and note it in the App's release notes. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
